We are the husband and wife team who run Casa San Pablo, a bed & breakfast in San Pablo, Laguna. We aim to rediscover the joy and wonder of life lived on an intimate scale.

Tucked into a corner of one of San Pablo's still-genteel family compounds, Casa San Pablo is a cozy country inn surrounded by Baguio-like Pine trees and sprawling lawns. It is the country charm that lures the visitors here--- portable hammocks make for moveable feasts, lounging chairs look out into the grove of young palm trees and the swimming pool is surrounded by hundred-year old trees. At night, pathways are lined with candlelight and mats are laid out on the lawn for moon gazing.

Avid art collector and hobby enthusiast Boots Alcantara and his wife An Mercado-Alcantara, writer and magazine editor, run Casa San Pablo. As to this date, it has seventeen (17) rooms which can accommodate a total of 116 pax for overnight and 200 pax for day trip, reflects their suit of contemporary and folk art, eclectic junk turned art and literary collections. Each bedroom is designed with wit--- Laguna paper mache' horses, miniature cars, seashells, auto parts and clay leaves. It is the ideal getaway for those looking for a chance to recharge their creative energies and re-learn to look at the world with new childlike wonder. It also has an open air dining area for 200 pax, an air-conditioned conference room for 100 pax and 2 smaller conference rooms for 20 pax and 10 pax. As for recreational facilities, it has two (2) swimming pools, a badminton/volleyball court/area and a half court basketball area.

Casa San Pablo's mission is to promote tourism industry in San Pablo City, Laguna and provide job opportunities for the community. It has 25 regular and 40 contractual employees to assist the needs of their visitors during their stay.
